Mia’s Indian Cuisine is a family-run fine dining and takes out restaurant. The chief chef Mr. Samsu Mia has acquired his professional skills during the last 20-years at various Bangladeshi consulates and restaurants in Ottawa.

Samsu has opened Mia's Indian Cuisine with the help of his son Mostofa Miah, a graduate of the "Hotel and Restaurant Managment" program from Algonquin College. Mostofa has gained experience from his work in several Canadian and Indian restaurants in Ottawa over the last five years. Samu's other children: Musharraf, Nurulislam and the daughter Meenara.

Mr. Samsu Mia's cooking is based on the recepies that he has gained and refined over the last 20 years. All of the ingredients, including spices, are fresh and prepaired daily. Mia's Butter Chicken and Tandori are his most popular dishes.
